Evangelicals in New Hampshire

By Laura Knoy on Wednesday, November 10, 2004.

This election season, there was a lot of talk about Evangelicals; who they are and their growing influence on politics. Here in New Hampshire, the numbers are much smaller than in other areas of the country, but even in the Granite State, the Evangelical community is growing. All this week, a series in the Union Leader and New Hampshire Sunday News takes a look at the state's Evangelical population. Today, Laura is joined by Kathryn Marchocki, author of the series and reporter at the Union Leader, Reverend Christopher Emerson of the First Congregational Church in Manchester and Reverend Samuel Schreiner, Senior Pastor at the Londonderry Presbyterian Church. We will also hear from Curt Nordhielm with RestorationHouse Ministries.
