NH AG's Office Files Suit Against EPA

Attorney General Peter Heed has announced that New Hampshire is taking the federal EPA to court.

The state is suing the Environmental Protection Agency over a change to federal air pollution regulations.

Legislature Set For Budget Vote

Lawmakers will later this morning take up a new state budget proposal.The 8.8 billion dollar package enjoys the support of legislative leaders. It also has the blessing of Governor Craig Benson -- who vetoed a nearly identical proposal in June.
