The Great Dump at the Great Bog

The Great Bog is one of Portsmouth?s most celebrated natural resources. Its 600-acres include some of the rarest wetlands in New Hampshire -- providing unparalleled wildlife habitat, a quiet place to walk, and clean drinking water.
But Portsmouth is also contending with the Bog?s other reputation: some people think of the Great Bog as a great place to dump an old car. New Hampshire Public Radio?s Doug MacPherson reports.

The Deerfield Fair May Be Just The Beginning

UNH Summit on Student Drinking and Violence

The University of New Hampshire is moving forward with plans to minimize student disturbances in Durham.

Over the weekend the University organized a summit to deal with crises like last Spring's riot after a hockey defeat.

Catholics Rekindle Protest Against NH Bishop

A group of almost 100 people gathered outside St. Joseph's Cathedral in Manchester yesterday morning.

It was the first time since January that protestors had spoken out against the Catholic's church handling of the sexual abuse crisis.

And as New Hampshire Public Radio correspondent Rebecca Kaufman reports, they came with a single request.
