Kucinich does not shy from the label of liberal reformer. He supports a single-payer health care system. He has voted against every free trade agreement. He is a vigorous opponent of the war in Iraq. Those are the issues he talks about on the campaign trail. But for voters in his home district of West Cleveland, Kucinich is known for different reasons.
