But the latest poll data show that 27 percent of likely New Hampshire voters remain undecided about who they'd back in the state's January, 2004 primary. That's created an opportunity for a group hoping to draft retired General Wesley Clark to become a democratic candidate.  Senate Energy Bill Divides New Hampshire DelegationBy Judith Smelser on Thursday, June 12, 2003.The Senate has begun week two of its debate on the long-awaited energy bill, and among the many controversial issues to be discussed is an amendment that would establish a so-called "renewable electricity standard." The measure would require power companies across the country to get ten percent of their electricity from renewable energy sources, like wind, sun, and wood, by the year 2020. The amendment has split the New Hampshire delegation - Senator Judd Gregg supports it but Senator John Sununu is opposed. Judith Smelser has this report from Washington. listen:
