But security problems also make them prime targets for hackers. A bill currently before the state legislature would require operators of wireless networks to secure them -- or face the consequences. The mill reopened recently after a 19-month hiatus. And Berlin residents are overjoyed to see mill workers get their jobs back. But reactions to the sulfurous odor are mixed. And some people also feel a lingering anxiety about the city's future. NHPR's Trish Anderton collected these remarks from people at Tea-birds Cafe and along Berlin's Main Street. listen:
