The report finds that the number of nonprofits has gone up in the past ten years. Spending by nonprofits has nearly doubled and their assets are up even more.  NH Community Reacts to MA. Supreme Ct RulingBy Mark Bevis on Tuesday, November 18, 2003.New Hampshire's gay and lesbian community is applauding yesterday's Supreme Court decision in Massachusetts. Justices there have ruled that it is a violation of the state's constitution to deny same sex couples the right to marry. Today's ruling in the Bay State follows a similar decision in Vermont three years ago. But as New Hampshire Public Radio's Mark Bevis reports, gays and lesbians in New Hampshire are taking a different tack. listen:
