Taking Down the Angel

Much of New Hampshire poet Jeff Friedman's poetry explores his own past- especially his childhood and his Jewish heritage. His latest book is called "Taking Down the Angel," the title poem is a re-telling of a Biblical story. Jeff is also a teacher, who tries to develop the inner poet in students of all ages.

Weapons Inspections

UN inspectors have been scouring Iraq for signs of illegal weapons for two months now, and Monday they?ll present their findings to the security council. We?ll talk about what that report may contain, and how much it could influence the question of war.
