Affirmative Action Questioned on Two Levels

In a rare public stance, President Bush announced on Wednesday that his administration will file a brief in Supreme Court against the University of Michigan's affirmative action admissions policy.

A bill in New Hampshire's legislature also aims to end preferences based on race.
