Ethnic Businesses Spice Up City

You can tell a lot about a city from its food. In Manchester, restaurants featuring poutine and salmon pie testify to the city's French-Canadian roots. Recently new waves of immigrants have begun peddling their own distinctive cuisines. As part of our series, "Manchester in Focus," NHPR's Trish Anderton spent a day sampling ethnic foods in the Queen City.
