Republican Pollster says Fund Special Education

The drive to get more federal special education funds got a boost from a new public opinion poll today.
And New Hampshire Republican Representative Charlie Bass vows to use its results to get his GOP colleagues to push the issue forward.

A New Management Plan for Monadnock

The state is getting ready to set up a management plan to protect the popular mount Monadnock from overuse.

A steering committee is ready to present its plans, and ask for public comment.

Geoffrey Jones, with the Society to Protect New Hampshire's Forests tells NHPR's Mark Bevis the plan is way overdue.

Jones says Monadnock is already the most hiked mountain in the country.
