Pontine Movement Theatre's Dearest Dreamer

: In recent years, Portsmouth?s prolific Pontine Movement Theatre has created a series of original plays that focus on various historical aspects of New England life, from an adaptation of Sarah Orne Jewett?s The Country of the Pointed Firs, to an exploration of Shaker spiritualism, Journey To Heaven. The company?s new production moves in a different direction, however, as Pontine?s Marguerite Matthews and Greg Gathers turn their attention to the history of the theatre itself.
