The trial of suspended port of New Hampshire Chief Harbor Master, Roger Tropf is expected to begin Wednesday.
Tropf faces two charges of theft involving state travel and gasoline expenses.
He has been on unpaid leave since February of last year.
After an audit discovered several irregularities at the port, it?s been placed under the aegis of the Pease Development Authority, or PDA.
Now, Portsmouth Councilor and State Democratic Representative Laura Pantelakos has asked for the resignations of the PDA's Executive Director and its chairman.
If` you?re having trouble keeping track of the comings and goings at the port, you?re not alone.
NHPR?s Mark Bevis spoke with the Portsmouth Herald?s Karen Dandurant who?s been following the story.
