: It?s been suggested that the two things New Hampshire grows best are stones and poetry - an exaggeration, but not much of one. In fact, the state has been home to a disproportionate share of poets and other writers for many years. Humanities Reporter Kevin Gardner decided to try and find out why: he consulted an expert, and filed this report.
