The came after state officials had just completed an investigation into several cancer cases confined to one neighborhood. Residents and state officials hashed out many of these uncertainties during a recent meeting. But in many ways the gathering raised only more questions. That means that communities have to begin water conservation measures. Marilee Horn has some suggestions on how towns should proceed. Horn is a water specialist for the US Geological Survey.
