Kittery Casino Plans on Hold....For NowBy Roger Wood on Wednesday, March 13, 2002.Two Native American Tribes have put their plans to lobby for permission to build a casino in Kittery Maine on hold. The 400-600 million dollar project would have been just across the border from NH, not too far from Portsmouth.
