IT?S THE TIME OF YEAR WHEN MANY TOWNS BRING SPECIFIC PARCELS OF UNDEVELOPED LANDS BEFORE VOTERS TO SEE IF THEY?RE WILLING TO SPEND MONEY TO PROTECT THEM. BUT AS DEVELOPMENT PRESSURE INCREASES, A NEW TREND IS DEVELOPING IN TOWNS WHERE THAT PRESSURE IS GREATEST: IN SOUTH-EASTERN NEW HAMPSHIRE.
