State Runs Out of Heating Aid Money

Governor Jeanne Shaheen and the state Congressional delegation have repeated their call on President Bush to release 300 million dollars that Congress appropriated for low income heating aid. But the money is still being held in reserve. NHPR�s David Darman has more.
