It's a litte different from most other land use organizations. The Forest Society has always balanced conservation and preservation with economic use of undeveloped land, a stategy that draws both praise and criticism. But the menus unveiled at Dartmouth College yesterday are anything but. Dartmouth?s new dining hall meets the strict standards for Jewish, Muslim and Hindu diets.
