Governor Shaheen Delivers Final State of State

New Hampshire Governor Jeanne Shaheen delivered what is widely believed to be her last State of the State Address yesterday.

In it, the governor offered her prescription for getting New Hampshire's economy back on track.

Disabilities Rights Center Files Suit Against NH

The Disabilities Rights Center has filed suit against the State of behalf of some 200 people with developmental disabilities. The Center charges New Hampshire is disobeying State and Federal law by making people wait for years before receiving medicaid assistance. The Center's Legal Director Ron Lopennato outlined the suit for NHPR's Mark Bevis. After that discussion, Bevis speaks with HHS Commissioner Donald Shumway for his reaction to the suit.
