House Republicans Plan Vote against NH High CourtBy Trish Anderton on Thursday, January 17, 2002.House Republicans plan an important vote today after the Governor gives her State of the State Address. A non-binding resolution sponsored by Enfield Representative Paul Mirski declares that the State Supreme Court's Claremont decisions are unconstitutional. Mirski, who likes to compare HCR14 to the Declaration of Independence, described the resolution to NHPR's Trish Anderton.
