The JCC Rules on Ethics Violations

The committee that disciplines New Hampshire judges has ruled that two state Supreme Court justices did not violate ethics standards.
Back in April, Justices John Broderick and James Duggan had intervened in the Judicial Conduct Committee?s decision to reprimand Chief Justice David Brock.
And after facing criticism for their actions, Broderick and Duggan asked the committee to investigate.

North Country Doctor Makes a Comeback

This month marks a remarkable comeback for North Country doctor Christopher Lake. Three years ago this April, Lake fell more than a thousand feet down Mount Washington?s Huntington Ravine. Lake spent two weeks in a coma and many more months in recovery. He lost the use of his legs and now gets around in a wheelchair. Recently Christopher Lake returned to work as a doctor at Coos County Family Health Services in Berlin. He told NHPR?s Trish Anderton it?s good to be working again.
