After Tuesday's attacks, many Americans are shaking their heads and asking how people could hate America so much that they'd kill thousands, including themselves. In some parts of the world, people are actually rejoicing. We'll explore the roots of this deep hate, try to explain it, and ask if anything can be done about it.
