They?re attending two courses offered by the national judicial college. Judge Bill Williams and Judge Gene Cohen described the gathering to N-H-P-R?s Trish Anderton. Humphrey: I Will RunBy Trish Anderton on Wednesday, August 8, 2001.Former US Senator Gordon Humphrey says he will definitely run for governor again in 2002. Humphrey finished five points behind incumbent democrat Jeanne Shaheen last year. The Chichester Republican says he'll once again make low taxes and fiscal responsibility a focus of his message.
