They?re attending two courses offered by the national judicial college. Judge Bill Williams and Judge Gene Cohen described the gathering to N-H-P-R?s Trish Anderton. Humphrey finished five points behind incumbent democrat Jeanne Shaheen last year. The Chichester Republican says he'll once again make low taxes and fiscal responsibility a focus of his message.
