Bringing the Arts to the HandicappedBy John Walters on Thursday, June 14, 2001.Rebecca Exley is director of Cultural Access for VSA Arts of New Hampshire, and its Cultural Access Initiative, which seeks to bring arts and cultural events to the disabled communities.
