State regulators have approved a deal that allows Public Service of New Hampshire to reduce its obligations to buy high priced power. But the deal worries many of the state?s forest professionals, who claim it will squeeze already anemic profits, thinned out by the recent closing of American Tissue mills in Berlin and Gorham.
