State Supreme Court Hears Cell Tower CaseBy Dan Gorenstein on Thursday, November 15, 2001.Yesterday, the state Supreme Court heard arguments on the dispute over the 180-foot cell tower on top of Mt. Kersarge. Critics say the tower is unsightly and doesn?t belong on public land. The state, however, argues it is important to protect public safety.
