Sunapee's Master Clock Restorer

Steve Sanborn of Sunapee is the proprietor of Sanborn?s Antique Clocks, where he repairs and restores clocks of all ages and styles. Since childhood, he?s been fascinated by timepieces, and he was fortunate to be introduced to the trade in his boyhood. After a brief career in banking, he began working on clocks full-time. He gave John Walters a tour of his shop, and talked about his business.

Making Meadows

The 2001 New Hampshire Tree Farm of the Year is in Bath. The Hidden Meadows Tree Farm does more than just grow Christmas Trees. The owners have worked to stem the loss of one of the state's disappearing types of wildlife habitat, as NHPR Correspondent Rebecca Brown Reports.

The State Needs Rain

Last weekend?s drizzly rainy days may have dampened a few weekend plans. But it did nothing to end the regional drought. And despite the showers predicted for this evening, State Climatologist Barry Keim says we need more rain.
