New Lobster Fishing Rules Proposed

Green Timber Off to Slow Start

Backers of an effort to assure consumers that the wood they buy comes from well-managed forests had hoped the market would support better forestry. But the timber industry complains that green certification is too expensive -- especially when most consumers have never heard of it.
