John talks with Patrick O'Grady, Managing Editor of the Eagle Times in Claremont. Claremont, like many other towns around the country, is wrestling with the court ruling overturning the statewide property tax. In other news, Claremont is moving ahead with a new Main Street revitalization project.

State Reacts to Property Tax Ruling

The attorney general announces the state will appeal the Rockingham County Superior Court ruling which strikes down the statewide property tax as unconstitutional. Governor Shaheen says the state would be unable to comply with the judge's order to refund collected taxes. Meanwhile, other lawmakers are absorbing the details of the decision.
