He's a Republican from Chichester and a former New Hampshire US Senator. Humphrey says the state needs to reign in spending. He's says if elected, he'll veto any income, sales or capital gains taxes and pass a constitutional amendment to do away with so-called "donor towns" under the state-wide property tax.

On Nov. 2, 45 children from NH and MA appear on stage in Washington at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Their musical production is based on some 2,000 letters written by young people to the president of the United States.
