High-Speed Rail for NH

With Nancy Gerard: the federal government just designated a route from Boston to Montreal via NH as one of 10 national high-speed rail corridors. Girard, with the Conservation Law Foundation, talks about how that decision opens the door to further federal funding and the challenge it presents to local communities should the line ever be built.
